Bought a 2016 Silverado 2500 from Devan Morgan here yesterday (October 6) great service no questions asked got me approved and driving in no time. Even made the wife happy haha I would recommend dealing with him to anyone. A pleasure of an experience compared to a few other dealerships I have been to.

NEVER AGAIN! I brought my vehicle to SMP for warranty repairs thinking they'd be superior to my hometown GM dealer. SMP delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My service writer refused to include some issues I was previously told would be looked at. They had to order a part for my steering from Edmonton, which was understandable. I returned 24 hours later to find out there was no ETA. Finding myself stranded in Saskatoon, I was not offered accommodation or transportation. I had to ask 7 staff members including a sales manager for a loaner vehicle before they agreed to one. I left a message for the service manager the next day but didn't hear from him. It took them 51 hours to complete the repair. When I returned the following day, my invoice wasn't ready. They had to make two corrections on it, including reversing the charge for a wheel alignment I asked about and a free car wash which I discovered they actually didn't perform. I had to wash it myself! My advice to you is to stay clear of this dealership at all costs. It's not worth the stress.

Hi Colin, we apologize your vehicle repair took longer than anticipated, but we do not always have as much control as we would like when bringing in parts that need to come from outside of the province. I am glad we were able to provide a rental car at no charge to you, and I am happy we paid for your wheel alignment too. But please keep in mind that not all of your vehicle needs are going to be covered under warranty. Wheel alignments and other routine maintenance, whether associated with additional warranty work or not, are a customer responsibility. The sales staff neglected to inform me of many defects of the vehicle I purchased when it was sold to me, simply because it was pre owned and did not go through the proper inspection process before resale. Once the sale was official, smp essentially told me it would cost me more to sue them for purchasing a defective car then it would to fix it myself. I will never purchase another vehicle from smp again, I work in the banking industry and I make sure every person I come in contact with knows how terrible of service is provided from smp

Dan Barrett and his associate were very complete in asking and finding a vehicle that I was happy with. They also made sure I got the additional features I was looking for at a Reasonable price. I use to only deal with dodge but found the Chevrolet products Just as good and the staff was much more into getting a person comfortable with the whole sales experience. congratulations to Dan and Autum
