Adam is a great man and I wish him all the best! He helped us find a new(ish) car when our old one died. He even accommodated our difficult predicament by giving us a ride and offered us an Uber shuttle when it was a better option. We were happy to find that the whole experience was smooth and easygoing and we felt no pressure to buy. It’s no wonder that after a few other dealerships visited, and with our luck this one had our choice vehicle, that we ended our car search here and in doing so, it did us well. Thank you Bank St Hyundai.

I've been dealing with Bank street Hyundai since I bought my first Sonata in 2014. The service has gotten better in the last few years, they are a tad quicker and they've handled all my questions/requests. It can be a little slow but I grab coffee on the way and think of it as my hour to surf the net. They do offer uber back to work, which was great when I worked in the office. No need to find a ride there and back. I am sure my next car will be bought there as well.

In 2018 I bought a new car from Bank Street Hyundai and did all the services with them since I bought the car. Over the years I had a few issues with the service department but I always gave them a second chance. A couple of weeks ago, I brought the car in, because the car is making some noise when turning right. They fixed something (an axle I believe) for $966. The car is still making the noise, so I brought the car in again and they said they weren't able to reproduce the noise. I complained to Garry and he forwarded my email to Scott his manager. Scott did not even take the time to contact me to make it right. I have been a very loyal and good customer. I spent thousands of dollars there, but the day something is up, they don't seem to care about you. Disappointing! I will take my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Maen, the salesman at this location. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming and genuinely attentive to our needs.
