I had a very satisfying experience last weekend at Bank St. Hyundai buying a new 2024 Tucson Hybrid. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks to Matt - Sales Specialist and Eli - General Manager. I recommend this dealership without hesitation.

DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH HYUNDAI. ITS A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY! This review is for Hyundai itself and the very poor service I have received from them. After forcing me to get extra insurance on my car when i bought it in 2022, Hyundai failed to offer me roadside aasistance when my car started to overheat two days after they fixed something in it. I waited 4 hours on a towing truck, under the rain and nobody came. I called multiple time and all the agents sounded so annoyed that I called on a Saturday. None of them help, they were telling me to wait, even after 4 hours of waiting. If you want to waste your time, Hyundai is the place for you.

This place is amazing and easy to deal with. I would like to give Paul Clegg a big kudos for being an amazing support for us- If you ever consider buying, he’s the man!
