I dealt with Jayson Ball. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He made sure all my questions were answered and provided excellent information. His customer service was great - cheerful, helpful, courteous, and considerate.

Lured us with coupons....and wanted to do all kinds of work my mechanic said it did not need. Interesting that they said we need rear brakes when they just replaced them and charged me a crazy fee just a few months ago....done with Paladino Honda...will not return....after conversations at work I might even start a FB page or support group for people ripped off at Paladin Honda...everyone seems to have a story!! I feel like a victim! I have attached copies of the coupons offered and what they ACTUALLY mean and written a letter directly to Honda.

Disappointed with refusal to repaint side door. This was reported in 2012 and I was told to wait another couple of years to see if it will get worse. Now in 2016 it is worse and still a refusal to repair. Rear door was repainted 2016 because of perforation to metal. Superior body shop did an excellent job with painting.

Pretty sure it is not normal for a vehicle to need the brakes or brake pads replaced at 26000 km especially from a hwy driver. Although I was told it was normal and that nobody covers them. Well Cadillac does up to 80000km!!! I have a few chips on my vehicle that is caused from rocks and was told I could buy a paint stick to repair it myself. I just paid $231 for a oil change and the touch ups that I was told were very easy and fast to do couldn't have been included at that time? When other people I talked to told me thier dealer does it for them. When I bought my vehicle I was told Honda was the best and stood by its name. If I ever needed anything call. Well once I stepped foot out of the building I guess that all changed. I just know I won't by a Honda again!!!
