Pretty sure it is not normal for a vehicle to need the brakes or brake pads replaced at 26000 km especially from a hwy driver. Although I was told it was normal and that nobody covers them. Well Cadillac does up to 80000km!!! I have a few chips on my vehicle that is caused from rocks and was told I could buy a paint stick to repair it myself. I just paid $231 for a oil change and the touch ups that I was told were very easy and fast to do couldn't have been included at that time? When other people I talked to told me thier dealer does it for them. When I bought my vehicle I was told Honda was the best and stood by its name. If I ever needed anything call. Well once I stepped foot out of the building I guess that all changed. I just know I won't by a Honda again!!!

Thanks Palladino! All the work done to my CR-V was done in what seemed like no time at all. Thanks to Tamara for letting me know when I got there that it was time for transmission and differential fluids and while that was being done letting me know I needed an air filter and wiper inserts.

Kara is by far my favourite service advisor. She is always pleasant, understanding and patient. I tend to not like to have to deal with having to pay for repairs and can be difficult at times, but Kara has always been professional and works with me to get the best outcome. Way to go Kara, keep up the good work.

Service was excellent. Brad was respectful, courteous. He was able to provide with all information I needed. Explained what to be done to my vehicle. Turns out it was just an oil change. He later walked up to me to let me know that my vehicle was ready.

I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment, however the tech took my vehicle in and the planned time of 2 hours turned into a and hour and half, well inside the plan. Could not be better.
