Jayson provided excellent service, made my husband and I feel comfortable , answered all our questions .We kept him late one night and he didn't make us fell rush . He is friendly and professional . I really enjoyed the atmosphere , everyone seems to get along great which is really nice for the customer. I would definitely recommend Palladino Honda and Jayson

Love the service at Palladino! They are quick and I get my vehicle back when expected. The free drinks (coffee, pop, and water) make the wait even better! :)

The entire team at Palladino are excellent! They took the time to work with my family to figure out the best deal possible to meet our needs. Jayson was the perfect salesperson for us. He took us on a 30 minute test drive explaining all of the vehicles features. He even let us take the vehicle to our place to make sure that we had enough cargo space to meet our needs. He made us feel like we were the most important people at the dealership every time we came. We showed up about a half hour early when we picked up the vehicles and he gave an existing appointment with a potential new client to another sales person to be able to take care of us. To do this after the sale is already done shows me that he really does put his clients first. He kept the mood very light and had a great sense of humor. He made us feel like friends more then someone buying a vehicle. He met all of our expectations and did his very best to make our experience a great one. He was wonderful with my kids and made them feel very welcomed. Thanks again to the entire team for helping us find the right vehicle for us!

It was a surprise to discover that the ugly peeling paint on my otherwise pristeen Civic was actually a manufacturing flaw and that it was covered by a Honda recall. My car looks like new again and I can't be happier.

2013 CRV and bearing for drive shaft is finished. Took over 2 months to get the part. 30,000 kms and it needs rear brakes already? now 50,000 kms and rear wheel bearing need to be replaced! This is Honda quality? I've never had a vehicle in for service as often as this one... You wouldn't be able to afford to keep this vehicle without warranty!
