Exceptional and Outstanding Service of Imee Barrozo Just -Sales Representative, When it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, our sales representative Imee was very professional, offered outstanding service and had exceptional knowledge of the products available. We did not feel pressured at all and ultimately Imee exceeded me and my husband’s expectations above and beyond. She gave us the option to look for the car that we really wanted and most of all for our lifestyle and budget. oil change

Had my oil changed this morning. In and out in 45 minutes! Davis booked in my vehicle, very personable and friendly.Got asked by at least 5 people whether I needed a ride somewhere,which I didn't, so very efficient shuttle service. Betty in cash office is the best!!!!!! She is happy, bubbly and always so fun to deal with. She is a great asset to have in your front office and as an employee in your company. Worth her weight in gold for sure. She is one of the big reasons why I will keep coming back to SMP!

Purchased a 2015 town and country with 14 k from Sam Shynkaruk. Had been looking for two years and this van was on the lot for a great price. Dani Friesen in finance got us better interest rates than our bank and a fantastic deal. Sam also hooked us up with a bike rack and hitch. Very good service as they managed to get most everything done in my half hour window on Thursday nights between lesson drop off and pick up! Much appreciated, highly recommended and I will be back again.
