Was interested in a used vehicle they had in stock. When it came time to work on a deal they demanded to check my credit before they would even talk about a deal. I then told the salesman that we would be purchasing on our line of credit rather then a dealership loan. He then proceeded to tell me it was the worst idea ever to do that and that I should defiantly use the dealership loan. The service was decent but unprofessional. They also were unwilling to move on their price of used. I'll purchase from wheaten gm from now on.

Hi Dan - Thanks for letting us know about your concerns. We do offer our customers a chance at being pre-approved to avoid potential disappointment in the finance office. We make sure our customers are aware of all their options, so the salesman you dealt with may have been looking in your best interest when informing you to consider financing, as we could have possibly gotten you a better finance rate than your line of credit. We work hard to be aggressive with our pricing, and sometimes we do let vehicles go below our cost. We are sorry your experience was less than ideal. Jilene is awesome! She really went above and beyond for us getting us even more than what we asked for. We bought our first 2 vehicles through Dan Barrett and Jilene worked along side him for a few years so when she branched out to do her own thing we decided to help her out. Little did we know how much she was going to do for us in return. I have never in my life been so Satisfied with a vehicle purchase. Thanks Jilene! Hopefully we will see you in a few years.

3rd party insurance through Millennium

Do not get this 3rd party coverage from Millennium unless you want to be left with a $40000 vehicle with no protection. They absolutely screwed me.

Hi Ryan, I have had a chance to review your Service history as it relates to your 2013 Silverado 1500. I see that, in April, transmission cooler lines were replaced on the vehicle, and Millennium did in fact authorize coverage. For this reason, and because Millennium has a good reputation within the industry, I am a little confused. It appears we have not had the privilege of working on your truck since that visit, so I am assuming that your comments relate to this visit. Your comments are so uncharacteristic to those of our other customers, I am assuming there must have been some sort of mistake or miscommunication somewhere along the line. Please do not hesitate to contact me personally so that I can get all details. I would appreciate the opportunity to explain things better, or to correct any potential errors.
