We began our dealings over the phone and through email. The customer service was good in this regard and all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. We did put a deposit down before driving to see the vehicle and I would have liked full disclosure of the vehicle's history before the deposit was made. But we still purchased the vehicle as it was in good shape, as described.

Excellent customer service by everyone. Took the time to explain the whole process to me step by step, didn't feel rushed. Quick process (Only 2 days and I was driving my new vehicle) Went above and beyond my expectations (tinted front 2 windows for free when I asked) No hassles or run around.
