I purchased a vehicle not from the sales lot but from the driveway of the owners brother, a gem of a vehicle that had been well maintained and had all the extras you could want. At least that's what we were told. Fast forward to approximately 1 month after signing the papers when that gem of a car "suddenly" started experiencing problem after problem. I know purchasing a used vehicle is always a crap shoot but when buying from someone I have known for a long time who actually brought this vehicle to us from a family member I don't for a second believe that they weren't aware of the issues. But alas we were told that they couldn't do anymore to help us as it was starting to cost them money. So as our "gem" is going in to have major repairs for the 3rd or 4th time in 15 months it makes it hard to enjoy all those little perks you sold us on. We learned the buyer beware lesson quite quickly thanks to Jeremy and Trevor Mayhew. That license plate with Fusion Auto Sales on it should come with a warning label as well, because you have definitely given a whole new image to the used car salesman. A 1 is not the rating I would give your business but it's the lowest offered here.

Jennifer I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your vehicle but would like to make sure that people know all of the facts. First off, Jeramy is not the owner of Fusion Auto Sales. You did in fact buy the vehicle from my dealership. It was exactly what you requested and we were able to get you a very low finance rate that you may never have gotten had you gone to your own bank. You also made a great decision and purchased extended warranty. If you remember back to 15 months ago when you purchased the vehicle, our dealership repaired several items that were not covered under your warranty as a good will gesture and didn’t charge you a dime. Eventually, we had to ask you to participate in the cost of a minor problem. We have not heard from you since. I’m not sure what problem you are having now, or where you get your service work done, but it may be covered under your warranty. I would appreciate it if you would contact me and see if I can help. I do take exception to your assertion that you were sold a vehicle that had known problems. It took you a month to discover some very minor issues and we then took care of it. I have known Jeramy and Trevor for a long time and they both have exceptional reputations in their fields. I am sorry that you were not pleased with the way that you were treated but urge you read that reviews that every other customer other than yourself has written on our site. They are all very positive. I am very sincere about trying to help you out. Please contact me and let me know what the problem is and we will see if it is covered under your warranty. The personal at Fusion Auto are very respectful and worked hard to get us the best deal. My wife just loves the car and when something had to be fixed they don a great job.

Very friendly and helpful in explaining different types of vehicles and what was best for my needs. However ,the best part was that they didn't pressure me to buy something that wasn't right for me. Everyone at Fusion Auto was very helpful and supportive of my needs.

My experience at Fusion was great. Randy was really helpful and didn't pressure like some other places I visited. As a woman shopping for a vehicle I had had some not so great experiences with some sales reps, but this was the exact opposite. I love my new vehicle and would definitely call Randy when I am ready to purchase again!

Found a car on Kiiji, corresponded with the dealer and it was shipped. My disappointment was that the issue with the passenger door handle, which was identified when the chevy dealer looked at the vehicle and was communicated to Fusion was not repaired when the car was delivered and I ended up having to repair and pay over and above out of my pocket simply because the repair was done in the GTA.

Wendy I am sorry that you are disappointed in my efforts to rectify the door handle issue. Please note that the this was not identified before the car was shipped but as soon as you notified me that there was a problem, I offered to reimburse you for reasonable repairs. I sent you a cheque to cover the cost of parts and labour as well as HST. I am sorry that the GM dealer that you had do the repairs charged you so much more than I would have. I hope that you are enjoying the sunshine and will enjoy your Solstice for many years.
