We take both of our vehicles to Jackson's as we can always count on the service. The staff is friendly and our vehicles are well cared for.

Recommendations for service of a tow vehicle for this summer were well received and explained in detail and cost. The Tundra is always ready on time or ahead of schedule. Fillup questions when dropping the vehicle off are always answered when I return to pick up..., again awesome Customer Service by the parts department (tires).... Service coordinator and the very friendly lady that greets me and cashes me out !!!!!

I was at a dealership in Orillia and they told me I needed some front end parts on my truck (the truck only had 5000km and was delivered to me with the problem). I'm live in Barrie so I thought I would take it to jacksons to get the stuff fixed under warranty. They inspected the truck and did everything was fine. It was NOT fine, new trucks shouldn't have play/clunking from the front while going over bumps. I took it to a dealership in Kitchener and they confirmed what the orillia dealership found. I crawled under the truck and found play in the steering shaft myself and I'm not a mechanic. I have no idea why jacksons couldn't find the problem. Maybe they didn't want to work on in because Toyota Canada pays their dealerships less to repair vehicles under warranty than the dealership can get from the customer when it's off warranty. Either way, I don't trust these guys anymore. I have one more semi free oil change and they won't ever see my truck again after that.

I've used other dealers and felt as if I was one of the crowd. At Jackson's everyone is not only efficient and nice, they are very friendly explaining the details and process and even the time in the waiting room is relaxing and comfortable.

Although it took a while to get the appointment, it was completed "at the scheduled time" quickly and completely. I always trust my Highlander to Jackson's Toyota as I did my previous Highlander.

The service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. It was sh*t. They did everything wrong and then charged me for it. I have never been more disappointing in my life. I am being honest. They never even returned any of my phone calls or emails. I had my truck in for 30k service check and they never told me it was going to cost me (not under my warranty) and they put the wrong oil in the motor and they put a dent in the door sill on the passenger side. I tried to address it with the manager but again no return phone calls or messages. I would really like some attention placed on this matter as my view towards your company has diminished. I wish I could write something more positive but I have to be honest.

I am pleased to report that you did receive the correct engine oil, and in fact it was the same as you acknowledged when receiving the receipt for the service. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the terms of your maintenance and warranty agreement and were happy to have explained what is payable by the customer and what the warranty covers for you. We are sorry you thought our service technician put a dent in your car. We have a strict protocol to follow if any damage occurs as a result of any of our staff and we are pleased that you acknowledged you really aren’t sure where or when the damage occurred.
