Express Lube Service

The service at Jackson's is always prompt, friendly, respectful, and efficient. Any service industry should offer these qualities, but many don't. Jackson's does, and it is appreciated.

First oil change for my 2015 Corolla. I was directed to wait in a very clean waiting room. After the oil change was complete the tech cheerfully explained any questions I had re my next visit.

The service from Elie was good. I was disappointed that my van was not washed after it service. The automatic side doors problem still persists. Also after the doors were worked on, there was grease on the paint.

An oil and filter change is one of the easiest maintenance items to perform. Jacksons exceptional administration right from the assistance to bring the car in, to gathering the required information prior to work commencing, to approaching me in their coffee shop to inform me of work completion, to paying the bill all add up to make the experience very enjoyable. The administration is executed with warm friendly smile and knowledgeable discussion. Actually everyone you encounter whether it is sales, parts or service all demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skill and behaviour. I'll be back!!

I was greeted by a smiling young lady who found a sales person to assist me. Noel took me for a test drive and explained the new features of my Corolla LE. Chris also assisted at a later date, when Noel was not in. Chris wished me a belated happy birthday the day I got my Corolla. My vehicle was spotless upon delivery. Very friendly staff!!!! totally enjoying my new car. Helene Kerr
