My recent visit to Jackson's was great. I was consulted throughout the complete servicing on my car. I appreciated being treated with respect and not being oversold on details and services that were not really needed. I'm glad I chose Jackson's!

Everyone at Jackson's Toyota is fantastic. Always quick friendly service and the drive thru oil change is awesome. Will buy another toyota in the future.

I was disappointed in the quality of the "detailing" that was done on my car. I specifically asked if the upholstery would be shampooed and was told that it would be. When I picked up my car the spots were still on the seats. Also, the back seat had crumbs - like it hadn't even been vacuumed. I have had my car detailed at other businesses and have always been totally satisfied. Next time I will not be using Toyota to have my car detailed. On a positive note - the service I received with the tire change was excellent though!

I've been a Jackson's Toyota customer for years now. Last week we leased a brand-new RAV4 XLE and a new Corolla LE. From selecting the options, meeting with the business manager, to picking up the vehicle, all aspects of these transactions were a pleasant experience. Eric insured the process was quite easy for us to complete and it was a real pleasure dealing with him. The one item that I found missing in any of the conversations, was our purchase loyalty with Jacksons. Brand loyalty can only exist if both parties acknowledge the benefit. Question: How many cars have we purchased ? Bruce MacCormack.

Always treated with respect. Very courteous. Any service on my vehicle is very well explain that I understand. Jackson Toyota is the only service center I will ever take my car for repair.

Usually great service and reliability but this time I had to return to garage after a short drive because the passenger seat had not been tightened properly, causing it to wobble and move after braking. It was fixed promptly.
