I have a faulty A/C, and the work to fix my A/C is not covered under warranty, which I completely disagree with. Plus I have extended warranty coverage. Don't know what's that's good for, if my A/C can't be repaired. I've had to re-arrange plans for a family trip next week, because I will not put my kids in my car on a hot day. Even with the windows down, it's a sauna back there for them. Even trying to rectify the problem with Honda Canada, was to avail. I tried 15 plus times to get through to a rep yet couldn't. Mutliple times I was on hold for 45+ mins. I've always had good service and a good opinion of Honda up until this latest fiasco. Would really like my situation resolved.

Joel, It is very unfortunate that your Condenser is not covered by your warranty when it is damaged. I would urge you to be more persistent with Honda to see if they will help you on this. If you need any help from us, please do not hesitate to contact me Ray Duguay Service Manager

I was a little stuck for money, and so I decided to buy the part separately and have a friend assemble it. They said no problem, gave me tips to get it done and saved some money. The customer service was wonderful :)

As usual, there was an attempt to 'upsell' service which was not due for 8000 more kms. I find the persistent upselling of service annoying. Also reported that the Nav system fails often 'DVD Failure' message on the screen. Service said I would need to bring the Ridgeline back in when the error was on the screen to 'prove it' (which is a quote). This may come as a surprise but I actually have other things to do than wait for a message to pop up and run to the Honda dealer. The message seems clear: there is obviously a problem with the nav dvd, or the dvd player. So essentially I have no Nav system for approx. 50% of the time and I must simply accept that on a 2 year old ridgeline. I made this point to the service representative who smiled nicely and simply ignored the comment. Love my Honda: will not lease or purchase from Paladino again. When the lease expires on my Ridgeline, I will buy it out, then sell it, and get a new Ridgeline elsewhere.

Professional and courteous staff. I especially appreciate the fact the apppointment times are respected and the service is done timely. I can from experience with my precious "non-Honda" vehicles testify that is often lacking in other dealerships. Shutlle Service was also on time. Overall I am very satisfied. Sincerely, Kim L.

Dan was polite, professional and very helpful and courteous. Services consisted of an oil change, tire rotation and complete brake service. Wiper blades were also changed.

Scheduled work done and on checking it was found that additional work was required. They called for approval and the extra work was done, thankfully covered by warranty. Staff very helpful.

They are very knowledgable and dependable dealership I was happy they got my Crv in and breaks fixed in one day Unfortunately the drive shaft part is on back order that's not good.
