Replacement of electrical component board on 2011 KIA Sorento

Service was excellent. Once problem determined, parts were ordered and replaced in a timely fashion. Courtesy vehicle provided while my KIA was in shop. Very happy with service.

This was my first service visit to KIA after the purchase of the 2013 Optima Hybrid. No problems booking an appointment and the service was fast and friendly. All concerned seemed determined to make my experience positive.

The salesperson at Performance Kia went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. She heard what I wanted and found it for me. The finance person was efficient and informative, and remembered my name. The service people were warm and receptive. This whole experience was not what I expected at all. It was refreshing.

Loaner tire installed while waiting for new tire delivery, payment for loaner use was somewhat expensive but we were looked after quickly and respectfully.
