The problem I have had is trying to book an appointment by phone. I can never seem to get through to the service department. In the furture I will be emailing Jamie.

Everything was taken care of exactly as I had requested and the staff was warm and welcoming. I am so amazed at how the Soul performs and Love the Color! We are very happy with our salesperson Although she was very new at her job we found her very helpful. If there was anything we wanted to know if she wasn't sure she went out of her way to give us the information. We would definitely recommend KIA to any of our friends & family.
