The Performance Kia team were amazing, Alyssa Craig and Charlene from the finance department went out of their way to make all my dreams come true they got me the vehicle I wanted with all the options I wanted and explained everything in the vehicle and always greeted me with a smile I would recommend Performance Kia to all my friends and family as the staff there treat you like a family member Even the parts department guys came over to say Hi and to chat what a well run business. :) one happy customer!!!

Took the Kia to the states, what a great ride..the staff were top shelf. Took out a ford, honda,jeep and a chev. Sure glad we came back to try the Kia even though a week earlier my wife stood in your showroom and was totally ignored. Hey Bruno,, you are my new car dealo !

I just recently purchased a 2015 Kia Sorrento from Kia. Alyssa Craig was my Sales person. She was amazing. She deserves a promotion as far as im cocerned. She was helpful,courteous,professional and an absolute incredible person to deal with. As far as the rest of my experience id say it went very poorly because i was essentially lied too about the price it would be monthly but that had nothing to do with Allyssa. The only reason i am going to stay with Kia and continue to be a customer of theres is because of her :) Keep up the great work Alyssa

I've been dealing with Kia in Thunder Bay for just over 3 years. The customer service at this location is excellent! The overall customer experience their staff provide is what sold me on the purchase of my 2011 Sportage SX. I went to almost every dealer in the city, no one treated me so well from start to finish on the purchase of my SUV, therefore they received my business no questions asked. The Service Dept makes every effort to address any concerns or questions I have and makes it such a seamless process, which is much appreciated! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You will not be disappointed with the customer service or their line of vehicles!

Had an oil change done, and my car was looked at for the rust spots on it. Everyone I dealt with were very professional. That's very important in customer service. Will definitely keep me coming back.
