Every time we have had our Rondo in for service we have been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of the staff

My wife loves her Rondo, and the service we have received on this vehicle has confirmed that we made a great purchase decision!! The staff have gone above and beyond to be friendly, efficient, and to ensure that the Rondo is running like the day we first drove it off the lot. One time when a shock lost fluid after a tire change, the problem was diagnosed and sloved promptly, and at no charge; we were impressed! We know Jamie and he has treated us fantastically; however, regardless of who has been on the desk we have got FIRST CLASS service!! It has been a refreshing change from our experiences with other dealerships. Obviously, emphasis has been placed on service and we have mentioned our positive experiences to many of our friends and family. Good job KIA!!

Quick and easy!

I received notice for a recall, so I called up Performance Kia and they were able to schedule me in quickly. Once I was there they were able to fix my Soul up and have me back on the road within 30 minutes. I just sat there, had some coffee, and watched some TV while I waited :)

They replaced my shocks got me to work on time and at the end of my work day picked me up I didn't have to worry about rides to and from work it was wonderful.

A wonderful experience all around. Quick, friendly, no hassle whatsoever. I had a flat tire that was unrepairable. They ordered a new one that came in quick and put it back on in under 20 minutes while I waited

Everyone at Performance Kia is always so friendly and nice, however my biggest concern is that my vehicle is never ready when it's suppose to be.
