Ordered a TRD camry last sept. I kept checking in every month or so for updates.. kept asking brian should i maybe order a tacoma or something else that would be built faster.. oh no he kept saying itl get built.. just be patient. Well brian has since retired.. my trd camry not being built.. no communication what so ever. You guys left me high and dry. Now in this stupid market my car has lost over 5k in value just waiting on you guys. There were 3 used trds that came up.. one in edmonton. One in surrey and one in winnipeg.. i could have got one of those cars but no. I kept patient because i kept getting told my car will be built... now the used trds are going for more than what i was told my 2024 would have cost... all in all im done with north battleford toyota. The only good part of this place is the amazing shuttle driver. Hes awesome...

Lindsay, we are so sorry that you've had this experience. It is not typical for our business. The ordering and fulfillment of orders has been challenging for awhile now. Brian's retirement and re-assigning of customers has contributed to a bit of confusion as well. Our general manager has reached out to Toyota Canada in regards to some of these issues. This should improve things going forward, however it doesn't help your situation right now. We deeply apologize.

Outstanding customer service!

The customer service I receive from Rainbow Toyota is absolutely outstanding! An employee always goes out of his way to make sure our RAV4 has its routine oil changes and maintenance completed with a smile. He personally picks up and drops off our vehicle after being serviced. I don’t know what I would do without this personalized service. This is why I give Rainbow Toyota a high-five. Thank you very much for your dedication!

I came to Rainbow Toyota a few days ago as it seemed that it was about time to rotate the tires (a notification came on the screen); however, the staff assured me that it was not needed to be done at the this time. That was all.

I arrived in the morning from out of town and they were very helpful in doing the oil change I required while also bringing a few issues to my attention that they were able to address at the same time. I was in, out and on my way within an hour. The staff were pleasant and helpful while the service was efficient and thorough. I went in with a weird noise and they had it figured out and resolved in under 30 minutes. We are switching to this dealership now for maintenance.

The only thing that disappointed me was when I got my summer wheels put on. (They had been stored at Toyota) they were caked with dust and grime, The car always used to be washed when I picked it up. If ever it needed a wash it was this time to clean the grime from my new rims. Other than that service was adequate,
