So,last time I had my car repair at toyota,this would be my first time that I was so disappointed.My car doesn't want to start at all.So,I call the towing services to tow my car and bring it at toyota.for the arrangement of towing my car was excellent.But the disappointing part was when the car was ready to pick up.So,I have work that day and asked my housemate if he can get it for me and he said yes,so we inform toyota service about it and they allowed us that my friend will be the one to get it.so they said that they will pick up my friend in our house at 3:30pm,but at 3:40pm my friend called me and said the service of toyota is still not there to pick him up,so I call toyota service and a man answered the phone and said that the service was there for 20mins,I explained to the man whom Im talk to,that our main door is at the back alley coz we are living in a duplex house and explaining to him that my friend was waiting for almost 20mins and telling that our house has a red door as well.but he is keep on cutting what I am saying and said to me he doesn't care if our house is at the back alley,my friend should be waiting outside,that day was -20plus.I was so emabarass to my friend experiencing that and waiting outside with that temperature.the next day my friend was sick bcoz he waited for 15mins outside for the service of toyota.

The service team at Rainbow is the best I've ever dealt with! I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fit me in right away and got what I needed done! Great job as always guys and gals!! 😁
