I have bought new vehicles in the past, but never had the customer experience I received at Rainbow Toyota. Iām a 3 time returning purchaser and Iām alway made to feel welcome and greeted by name. I love coming there for all my vehicle needs. From Rick and to everyone that had anything to do with the sale, and all the way to closing I would like to say thank you. I love my RAV4 Limited šš

We were very impressed with attention to detail that Richard was able to provide us with. He also was very pleasant and knowledgeable and gave us almost 2 hours of his time to see us thru the manual..it was much appreciated and made us feel more comfortable driving off the lot with our new vehicle. The office and showrooms along with the shop area were very clean and well maintained.

Routine maintenance with too low of kilometers to change the oil before it being a year since it was last changed. It would have been due in September and my maintenance appointment was in July and there was no way I was going to put on 11000 kilometers before September. When picking up my vehicle I was told we have to get you back on track with your oil changes. During this service they did do the oil change only because I talked to a lady inside the dealership about how frustrated I was when I they wouldn't change the oil because the year wasn't up being from out of town and not reaching the kilometers anyways I didnt see the big deal.
