Wow I got my new car today... if you want a awesome salesman ask for Troy... he will get you what you want and listens to everything I asked for.... always buying from rainbow toyota from here on in.... ps and it will be from Troy 100% every time.... thanks Troy...

me and my husband went to this branch just to try if we are avail to get a new car and been approve. I know its not that easy because there are lot of things to consider but with the great help of Ms. Jovie and Mr Darcy I was been approved. I would like to take this opportunity to express how thankful I am and my husband for the time and effort you spent just to make this possible. We have a wonderful experience with you guys and I can say you have a great customer service coz you never stop until you satisfy your clients. She let us drove the car with our own before buying it to make sure that it was really the car that we are looking for and also gave us a simple briefing regarding its features and give us assistance with regards to all other things we need for the vehicle. So for you guys whose looking for a new or used car I highly recommend Jovie Valenzuela Arellano. Thank you for your great help. We are so happy with the outcome 😊 and we can now enjoy our new baby and have a long drive now 😊😊😊

I found rainbow Toyota to be extremely nice to your face before you buy. As soon as you buy they are the worst for follow up service. Employees are completely rude and do absolutely nothing to help. In today’s fast pace of life we are often quick to criticize poor service, but seldom take time to commend great service. This is one of those times when I would like to thank and acknowledge Rick Michnik and Darcy Ducommun for their excellent service when purchasing my 2018 Toyota RAV4. Attitude is everything, and from what has been displayed by these two individuals, I plan to be a customer of Rainbow Toyota for many years to come and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
