Kenan, the sale consultant, is very energetic and compasionate. He is doing everything to satisfy his customer. He responds my message and call in light speed. He never complains when I change my mind many times. Still keen on me after I failed 3 times of financing. Finally, I got my dream car thanks to him

I hate car shopping. Like with a passion. But I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the most painless, hassle free car buying experience I've ever had. Hi Meysam. We appreciate the time it takes for our customers to leave us their feedback. We also take our customer feedback and experience very seriously. That being said, we were disappointed to hear of your experience and wanted to investigate the matter thoroughly with our staff prior to responding to you. Our understanding is that you had brought your vehicle in to have it inspected for a recall notice. When you brought it in we actually performed two inspections based on two current recalls applicable to your vehicle and completed the work for one of those. The second recall inspection determined that parts had to be ordered to complete the work. During our thorough inspection of your vehicle it was also determined that a number of additional maintenance items (common with vehicles with as high of kilometers as yours has) were also recommended to help ensure reliable drivability. These items were communicated to you and you declined these recommendations. We hope this helps demonstrate to you that we did far more than just “a walk around the car”. If you would like to discuss this matter with our Service Manager, Damien Lavallee, he would be more than happy to hear from you. He can be reached at 204-269-5555.

Very good service, Debbie is one of the service advisor did a good work with my car, explained clear for the process and issues. May be I am the luck one because I got the replacement part on next day and everything fix. People are nice there.
