I bought a used RAV4 and had a wonderful experience with Jackson Toyota ! The sales staff and support team were very helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. I had a terrible experience at another dealership and had some concerns going into Jackson Toyota but I had the opposite experience! I was given the best customer service I'd had in a very long time.

My experience was comfortable ,informative .I found the staff helpful and accomadating to my. Needs even when the vehicle that I wanted couldn't be found at the beginning a extra effort was made to cater to my desires .

Making it easy to buy a car when you know almost nothing about cars

The subject line best summarizes my experience, but I never felt like I had to be wary of what I was being sold. Considering that I know next to nothing about cars and had only a few days to read up on what I needed to know, the car spoke for itself. It was and still is in great condition.
