Very friendly, knowledgable staff. They made me feel at ease purchasing my first vehicle. They explained the breakdown of costs, details on tires and explained options clearly.

Quickly arranged and taken seriously

Called about my new tires loosing so much air, first person I spoke with seemed very matter of fact but received a call back from another Service person who was apologetic and very professional. She set my mind at ease and took my concerns seriously, arranged service quickly. Experienced an efficient and thorough full tire check and all is well.

Eric was very respectful, and knew the ins and outs of the model. He was able to respectfully sell the product and when asked questions about other companies and how the car ranks in comparison, he provided fair, factual information. He described and showed me the Rav4 2016, outlining the features that I was looking for.
