Best parts department I have ever dealt with. Brought my truck in to check for recalls, they replaced the frame! Not super happy with the shop they subbed it out to, but they fixed any issues I could find promptly. If I buy a new car, it will likely be here.

I was surprised to learn I had to purchase Globali (Google it) when purchasing a car here. I'm not sure if all Toyota dealers force this on you but at $399 it definitely took away from the experience of buying a used car there. >>>>>>>>>>> There is another item pending: I got only one key. This worries me from a security perspective. Hopefully they will get one for me. I'll report back here when I find out. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Update: Mr. Nicholas Leone promptly called me back from Jackson's. He resolved the Globali problem and has already set the wheels in motion to get me another coded key. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Yes, there had been some misunderstandings with another member of the staff, but they were quickly resolved. I am totally impressed with the way Mr. Leone and this dealership handled these problems and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Mr. Leone.

Selling car that is not available; Doesnt keep appointment

i setup to do a test drive 2011 highlander hybrid that claimed to be owned by owner. i showed up 15 min early, after getting appointment confirmation by email and by phone call. salesman curtis stated that car is driven by owners wife and she is not coming on time. i waited for 15 Minutes after but car never showed up. salesman ane manager are saying sorry but it is owners car. well good point. why are u selling something that is not available? why this dealer and owner think they are above anyone els is beyond me; i will complain to omvic, toyota canada and bbb for selling with mis represetation

Poor Service

November 26, 2015

I booked an appointment with an "Internet Specialist" to view and test drive a specific used vehicle at the dealership. I was assured that the vehicle was at the dealership and would be ready for a test drive upon my arrival. I was booked for an appointment on a certain day at a specific time with a specific salesperson. I arrived on time on that date but I was told that the salesperson that I had been booked to see was busy and he could not attend to me. I was then passed on to another salesperson who attended to my needs. This salesperson then went to look for the vehicle that I had booked to test drive but he couldn't find it on the lot. He indicated that their records showed the vehicle was at the dealership but he could not locate it. Maybe the used car manager could shed some light on the situation. No such luck. I was told he was not around. Thanks for coming and have a nice day!

Unhelpful chat...

November 09, 2015

I tried web chat today to get the email address for a sales associate I was dealing with. Chat function is not very useful if you can't actually get any information out of it. Staff attending to the chat are not able to help with anything except provide the main phone number. Not very useful and a frustrating waste of time.
