The best car buying experience I've had.

Curtis helped make my car buying experience stress free. He didn't pressure me to make a decision. He listened to my needs and made every effort to help me find the right car. It felt as though he was on my side when it came to making a deal with my trade in. In regards to the expectations I have now when buying a car, he set the bar high and I don't think I would buy a car with anyone else.

An executive rectified the situation after a salesman lied to me.

I was told by the salesman that globali was compulsory and that if I wanted a second key I should go to Canadian Tire to get one. An executive got back to me after I publicized my plight on a google maps connected site. The executive made everything right and I gave Jackson's Toyota the best rating after that. The car itself has been excellent.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I knew the staff for many years. I was never pushed into anything, the sales staff asked what I wanted and delivered. I would recommend Jackson's Toyota to everyone.

Was very happy with my the car purchasing experience. Curtis was very patient and answered all our questions. He paid attention to the things I said with regards to my expectations from him and the Jackson's sales team. Would look to buy my next car from Curtis in the future.

Amazing out of his way dependable will be back , techs who put on my wiper blades for winter need to be taught how to mine is on hwy 400 near Sudbury on the road not happy with that

Bill was very friendly and accommodating. He would have got his fifth star if he knew everything about the vehicle, i.e. he didn't know how to open the back window - I had to look it up. I shouldn't have to do that.

Avoid the service department for warranty work

My new truck had issues from the day I drove it off the lot but the service department says everything is normal and ok. I had another dealership say stuff is not ok but jacksons insists that it is and would not complete the warranty work. I am taking my truck elsewhere for service. I guess they would rather do non warranty work because the dealership gets paid less hours for warranty work. I'm not sure if that's the actual reason but I don't see any other reason. The problems with the truck are very obvious but they still choose to make excuses.

Best parts department I have ever dealt with. Brought my truck in to check for recalls, they replaced the frame! Not super happy with the shop they subbed it out to, but they fixed any issues I could find promptly. If I buy a new car, it will likely be here.
