Excellent Service

Curtis was very polite, knowledgeable and answered our questions promptly when we bought our 2012 Venza. He ensured all paperwork was in order to make the transaction as smooth as possible. He kept us advised on the status of the car from purchase to pickup. We have recommended him to others and will contact him again when purchasing another vehicle.

I found that my experience at Jacksons Toyota and especially with Rob Favretto was extremely good. Rob was very patient with me and was always available to help me. Even after I purchased my vehicle Rob assisted me with some of the features that I was not familiar with me. The only negative I have is that I was able to sync my garage door opener with the vehicle, but I can't. I am also still waiting for the cover to go in the cargo part at the back.

I bought a 2010 GMC Terrain in August 2015. It had some issues such as the wiper arm motor failing, possible transmission fluid leak (which isn't 100% confirmed). It has been looked at and serviced, so far everything has been working great. Thanks

quick call to my salesman

Last week, I called up Bob to ask him a couple questions about my Rav4. I moved to Vernon, BC, and found out that the Toyota dealership here does not offer nitrogen refills, which the Barrie dealership did. Bob took a quick minute to do some research for me to find out where I could get this done when I need it. Bob Caspar is an incredible car salesman! Of all the car salesmen and saleswomen that I have dealt with, he is by far the absolute best!!!
