Thanks very much for making us aware of the discrepancy in pricing on one of our pre-owned Rav4 models. We work very hard ensure accuracy with our online pricing, but we are human and errors will happen from time to time. On the very rare occasion that an error does occur it is certainly not intentional and we make great effort to correct them right away. When we looked into the issue you were reporting we were able to verify that the pricing on our website was indeed correct. The website you were shopping on was not ours directly (nor one that we manage) but a dealer linked page through Toyota Canada. We have reported the discrepancy to Toyota Canada and they, like us always appreciate the opportunity to correct any online discrepancy. We understand you will be visiting us shortly to test drive the Rav4 and we are looking forward to meeting you in person and putting this unfortunate misunderstanding behind us.

I believe that Toyota should allow their sales people to offer more incentives for buying a car. these days buying anything is stressful and to be offered little perks would go along way in assuring repeat business. Noel was great with what he was able to offer, it's up to the company to allow more.

Toyota sport is great especially when you get hit by a pick up truck saved me from any injuries. However the new car seems to even have more pep then the old one no regrets

I was in an accident and my insurance was buying me a new car. I called Jackson's Toyota as the closest dealership to me. I told Eric that i wanted this years Yaris EXACTLY like my old one, which was a manual. I only had my rental car for 3 more days being paid for by the insurance so I wanted it as quickly as possible. Eric was on it immediately and called me back less than an hour later with a couple of possibilities. We were able to get the one I wanted driven in from Guelph. I had a new car in 4 days. Very happy.

Our sales advisor, Curtis, was absolutely fantastic all the way through the purchasing process. He provided information quickly and was extremely courteous to my family. Even when negotiating the final sale price, he listened and explained everything with ease. Definitely would recommend him to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Toyota vehicle. Thanks!
