In my dealings with Chris, he made my experience as a first time car buyer pretty painless. First for getting me the trade in value for trade I wanted for my car . He also was helpful in helping choose the proper vehicle I wanted. Was also informative about the vehicle I did chose and got me the color I wanted.

Wish be able to see the vehicle I was buying , unfortunately I had no idea how this vehicle looks in the colour I was getting . I was disappointed with my first service , it took exactly two hours to replace only one tire , also the service man had no any clue about the standard Toyota warranty on this vehicle .

Visited Jackson's Toyota for the first time after seeing a vehicle on-ine that we might be interested in. We drove down from Huntsville specifically to see the listed vehicle. The dealership was clean, bright and we were greeted by a friendly lady who popped open the door for us. Noel was next in line for the "walk-in". We went for a test drive with Noel and he discussed all the features of the 2009 Camry. We decided to purchase it that day. He was pleasant and enjoyable with the right amount of humour to make a slow process pleasant.

Client service we recieved from Bill McMahon was OUTSTANDING !!!! He was very product knowledgeable..... was very respectful and listened to our needs and wants and focused on us the whole time. He offered us choices but remained focused on what our needs were. We really appreciated his exceptional client service and professionalism. We absolutely love dealing with Jackson's !!!! What we love most about Jackson's is not only are they amazing before the car purchase ... but excell in the service afterwards as well !!!!!!
