I was happy with the service and communication I have received from Jacksons Toyota. I haven't been a customer of theirs for long but they have already won me over by helping me out with an issue that was nobodies fault but my own. That made me very happy. I would recommend Jacksons Toyota to friends and family.

I had not decided which model Toyota to purchase and was looking for the right fit and best value. Eric quickly gave me the info needed to decide on a Corolla. He then explored all available options enabling me to make an informed decision. I am thrilled with my 2015 Corolla.

The dealership is bright and clean! We were treated pleasantly by Noel who listened to the reasons for our visit, answered questions and gave us time to think. Once we reached a decision he was helpful in securing a deal that would work for us. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle and was flexible in arranging a pick up time to fit our schedule. We are very happy with our vehicle and have already recommended Noel as a "go to" person.

Eric helped me look at several different options when I was looking to replace my leased Prius. He focused on my priorities and was very good about explaining which option might best suit our needs. I felt he gave us a very fair price on the returned Prius and a good deal on the new vehicle. Overall I was very happy with the way I was treated.

Chris worked hard to find us the best possible deal to suit our budget. When we set out that day, the Toyota Tundra wasn't even a consideration but Chris "Wowed" us.

Bob Caspar, my salesman promptly took care of me. He wasn't pushy and quickly found out what my needs were and sold me the perfect car, a 2015 Corolla. I will recommend him to friends and family. He was friendly and sincere.
