A very personal but also very professional experience.

Brad very knowledgable about the vehicle I was after and did a thorough job of trying to match me with the options I would need. He gave me the space and time to think things through on the schedule of my choosing. I would highly recommend him personnally and this dealership to anyone. I will be buying future cars in the future and Brad and Jackson's will be my first call.

Excellent service with great follow up

From the time I entered the door, the staff was courteous and helpful. Glen was patient with me while I worked through finding the car that best suit my needs. The management worked with getting the car into my budget. The amount of follow up after the sale has been wonderful. They really want to make sure you're happy with everything.

- attentive - knowledgable - conscious of your time - listens to what you have to say - nows specifications of the vehicle and then some, researches outside of the specs out of interest not just because he needs to - knows vehicles and can compare to other dealers vehicles and sell you on why you should buy Toyota ( we were going to test some other vehicles because of his knowledge and the failings of the competition - we didn't bother - we bought Toyota - enjoys helping people - we are now loyal to Eric and would go back to see him before anyone else

Refreshing not to have to deal with the hard sell tactics of some dealers. I walked away from Honda for that very reason

New car Sale

Dave Atkinson in new car sales was very informative about his product. I had a concern about my deal that was very important to me on a SUNDAY night, called his cell ,told him my concern and he went down to the dealership called me while looking at my new car that had just come in the day before and reassured me of my concern and if not for that call I would more than likely would have lost a nights sleep. The operation of the car was complicated to us. Example would be the hybrid operation, the Bluetooth, operation of heat control. actually quite a bit more. Noel did a good job explaining it to us. After a few weeks we realize we have questions and Noel made it quite clear that we would be welcome to return with questions..
