Jackson's was a very pleasurable experience. I worked with Tara and she made the whole process very smooth and easy. Tara and Tom were very knowledgeable and made this experience enjoyable. I originally came in to look at the 2015 corolla in order to compare it to the Chevrolet cruze and the Honda civic. After test driving all of the vehicles, I decided that I loved the comfort of the corolla and the service more. I ended up leasing my car with Jackson's and thought that is were the service ended. I was wrong. After signing for the car, that is where the real service started. I was introduced to all of the members of the team and welcomed into the Toyota family with open arms. I am happy to have the corolla and know that I made the correct choice, especially with the Jackson's family having my back if there are any issues along the way.

My car broke down in Barrie on a Sunday afternoon. I had it towed to Jackson Toyota and it was ready by Monday afternoon. Great service and timely to boot. Also they have the nicest washrooms I've ever seen in a dealership, small detail but it left an impression on me.

I had visited 4 car dealerships Tuesday Aug 18th looking for the best deal in the small SUV segment. At Jackson's Toyota I was warmly greeted by a woman at the front door asking what I was looking for and she immediately set me up with a salesperson. The salesperson was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and took me for a test drive. He introduced me to the General Manager who was equally knowledgeable and demonstrated an equally high level of interpersonal skill. This dealership offers innovative benefits each day during the week for those waiting for their service to be completed. I am meeting with the salesperson today (Thursday) with my wife to finalize colours and purchase my RAV 4. Of the 4 different car dealerships I visited Jackson's Toyota provided the best car negotiation experience by their staff and very good value for their product. Try them, I am sure you will enjoy the same positive experience.

Amazing service. I stopped in to take a look at the Scion FRS. It was my first time visiting this location and I was more then satisfied with the service. After visiting a few of the dealerships in the area, I would say this was HANDS DOWN my most memorable experience. I currently drive a Honda Si and this Scion is definitely a contender.
