We went to SMP looking to replace our truck. Unfortunately we weren't able to get into the truck we wanted, but they were able to get us into our top choice car and we got to keep our truck. Even without a trade-in or down payment we walked away with a great vehicle. The vehicle we chose was so new to SMP that they hadn't yet sent it for detailing. So, unfortunately, we weren't able to take the car that day. We signed all the paperwork and had everything squared away so we could simply pick up the car the next day. There was a fair amount of waiting around, but in the end it was worth it. We are very happy with our new car. Thank-you.

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Every aspect of the car and operators manual was explained as was the warranty, onstar and the computer system. Our needs were looked after immediately at the parts and finacial departments.
