love my car i bought here, I had a complaint after a few months of purchase and haldimand reached out and fixed my breaks at no charge. So happy with the service here, will definitely be back when I need a new vehicle. Highly recommend Haldimand motors.

Satisfied with vehicle but there are a few issues

I love my car i bought here, I however have 2 complaints, 1 being after spending a lot of money on a barely used vehicle I was given only 1 key this has already resulted in keys being locked in, I should have been provided with at least 2 sets. the second complaint is these cheap break pads they put on to safety it, they make so much break dust that they are ruining my nice alloy rims that came with the vehicle, it's so bad that weekly car washes are not keeping up with it nor is daily washing of the rims only. other than that I received great service and will purchase from them again. I just hope my complaints can be addressed.

78.000 kms...needs new transmission!!

I purchased a 2012 Ford F150 one year ago...september 2018...70,000 kms..Ive driven it about 8,000 kms since...2 weeks ago the transmission started slipping...I pulled over and got it towed to Haldimand service dept....long story short, needed a new transmission....$3200.00 dollars ... and no I didnt purchase any warranties ... with only 70,000 kms and knowing I wouldnt drive it much I rolled the dice ... my mistake ... now, Im 65 yrs old and have owned a number of cars ... 2 of which I put over 400.000 kms on .. I have never had had any issues with a transmission .. ever ...I had heard good things about Haldimand ... in fact the buying process was fine .. also the service dept was very good about handling the transmission... so no complaints there...Im just very dissapointed in the condition of the vehicle ... Im curious how it could receive a clean bill of health before purchase, yet drop a transmission with only 78,000 kms .... also, my engine light came on 2 days ago ... so it seems my problems are ongoing ... anyway, buyer beware!! Fair no haggle pricing

Vehicles placed on the lot without being more than touched up cleaning. Allows you to see how the vehicle was treated prior to being sold. Good service to see what you want without being hassled by salespeople. Their prices are fair, they don't haggle and that makes the process quick and easy

Amazing place to buy a vehicle

My son just bought a 2018 Dodge Caravan and is very pleased with it and is ecstatic about the service that he has received from you both with the service department, customer service and the salesman who we dealt with. His warranty with you ends tonight at midnight, but this evening his automatic door started to make a grinding noise but when it happened you had already closed for the night so I told him that I'm sure that if he called you in the morning that you would cover it seeing how it happened before the warranty with you expired. He still has warranty with the manufacturer, but he wants to bring it to you as he feels comfortable with your service department and is so impressed with your service. He's had it in with yous a couple of times on different matters and was very impressed with the way that you treated him as am I. This is his first new vehicle, well basically new as it's a year old and you have given him an amazing experience and I'm sure that he will be buy his next vehicle with you. He'll be calling you in the morning and his name is Jesse Gallant. I just wanted to say thank you for making my son's experience an amazing one. Sincerely Peter Gallant.
