Upside, - easy, hassle free Down side - only 1 key available when we picked up our vehicle. Had to make an extra trip back for the 2nd key. Less than half a tank of fuel when we picked up the truck. Any other vehicle we have purchased came with a full tank of gas.

Not one person offered to "introduce" me to my car. As a senior who said I had never owned a new car, I would have expected some help in learning the features. Also, $32.00 licensing fee which was never performed and was told you didn't do that. The fact that I was told this is a charge for putting on my plates is "crap". It is the exact price I paid Service Ontario to do what you should have done. The attendant at Service Ontario said she had never heard of a dealership who didn't do this. I tried twice to contact Nic, but was never available. You are a NO FRILLS company that I will never recommend. Your prices may be good, but you are a "No
