We really like the look of the Fiat 500 and wanted to check them out. Our experience at Provincial Chrysler was very positive. At one point we asked a question about a certain Fiat, then changed our mind, but Kevin got the answer for us anyway, just in case. He left no stone unturned. At the same time we felt comfortable with no pressure. Pleasant experience working out financing with Courtney too ! Pat & Jim Chute

I was treated well and was given the best deal possible on my 2015 Chrysler 200. However, I did wait longer than expected for the vehicle to be delivered to me but they compensated me by tinting the windows for free.

The entire process was painless, everyone was friendly, helpful and the customer service was top notch. From the minute I walked into the tent still to this day when I have any questions, they are taken care of, even if Ryan is on his own time, he is always willing to assist me in any issues I have.
