We were very fortunate to have had Shelley Shanahan as our sales rep. Shelley was very informative about the vehicle we purchased. We cannot say enough about her pleasant personality; in the future, we would confidently recommend Shelley for assistance whilev buying a vehicle. Also, all the friendly employees made us feel very welcomed & comfortable at the dealership. We are extremely pleased with our new van....The cordial owner of Provincial Chrysler even took time from his buy schedule to chat with us --small talk with the boss in a dealership has never happened in 42 years ! My experience at Provincial Chrysler was awesome. After deciding to take a look at the Jeep Cherokee, I was lucky to get Ryan Eddy as my Sales person. He was very helpful, interested in what I wanted to purchase and why, not just interested in getting any sale. I was truly impressed that even when my husband came back with me to road test and purchase, Ryan continued to make me feel most important as the purchaser. At time of delivery, Ryan took plenty of time to show me how to operate all of the bells and whistles and make sure I was comfortable. This was much appreciated. I will recommend him to everyone, without hesitation! Thanks Ryan!!!!

We told Shelley what we were looking for and she provided us with the perfect car right away! She was friendly, patient and answered all of our questions. We were transitioning from a smaller car into a minivan and she made us feel comfortable with our purchase. She took the time to show us all the bells and whistles and told us to call her any time if we have any questions. Shelley was a delight to work with!

I went to the tent at the mall just to look at cars, Shelley came over with a smile got directly to the point without being pusheey. She made me take the car for ride, I loved it and the rest was history. Shelley did everything perfect and very professional with a warmth character. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were the same. When I picked up the car everything was in order and the car was spotless. I was shopping around looking to purchase a vehicle. My nephew suggested that I speak to Ryan at Provincial. I would like to say that Ryan was very helpful in answering all my questions, my nephew's questions and my husbands. Shelly Shanahan is a very knowledgeable sales person with integrity and a kind heart. She listened to what we wanted rather than told us. Yet she still helped in the final decision giving us the car that suited us. It was more of a friend to friend than business....thanks

Jarrett Pike took the time to help me find the perfect truck for me. he knew his product inside and out.
