Excellent Experience

I had went to the recent Tent sale to look around. I was roaming the lot looking at vehicles, and of the 10-15 sales people there, Ryan was the only one to come over and see if I needed help. That was the beginning of my great experience. I told him after talking to me and showing me a variety of vehicles and options that I was going to buy a vehicle, it was just a matter of from who. He gave me his card and told me whenever I'm ready to let him know. I texted him last Saturday and set an appointment to meet in the early afternoon. We met, we test drove a few cars and settled on a 2015 Chrysler 200 C. Ryan was very patient and accommodating to my wife Sandra and I during this process. I picked up the car on Monday, Ryan went over paperwork with me and then spent 45 minutes or so going over the bells and whistles of the car. Ryan did a great job, answered all of our questions and made both of us feel like we were all that mattered. I am a manager with the biggest Telcom company in the world and believe me, I know great customer service when I see it. If anyone asks who to go see for a car, Ryan's name and # are being handed out. I do not write or fill these out very often, but in this case I felt I had to. Great job and thank you so much!!! The service was very good. The only issue was when I picked up the van the window tint and rust proofing was not done. Ryan came to my work to pick up the vehicle a couple of days later and had it done though. That was a very nice thing since getting to the shop isn't the easiest thing to do when you work steady days.

I was part of the buying process with my best friend, my son and Jarrett Pike was incredible with them, so when the time came and it was my turn I never even looked any where else/ Jarrett was amazing with me too....knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, and made the whole process fun!!!!

Everyone at Provincial Chrysler are wonderful to deal with. We were completely satisfied with Ryan, he is very personable and well informed in his job. He was able to pass that knowledge over to Gary and I with little effort. I can't say thank you enough to Ryan for making our experience a perfect one! Buying a automobile at Provincial was a great experience not like the old days Ryan Eddy walked us though the process as he was a 20 year veteran buying a car should not be stressful thanks I did not return to Windsor Chrysler where I received my first quote .Please pass this note to Ryan because he deserves a pat on the back.yours truly Sonnie Armstrong.
