I walked in just to look around from a newpaper ad I had seen. I was not sure if I was serious about a purchase originally. Ryan took the time to show me all of my options and not upsell or push things upon me I didn't want. Eventually, we came to an agreement that what I needed was greater than the vehicle I had originally inquired about and he very professionally showed me all of my options. I appreciated his sensitivity to my limited time with a young family and a partner who works shift work. He worked with my schedule and we ended up purchasing the 2015 Town and Country.

I enjoyed the experience of buying my vehicle as all the staff provided me with all the information i needed . Jarrett was very courteous and made the time spent enjoyable and friendly. I am sure to let other people I know how well I was treated and will be back for my scheduled service . Thank you very much.

My experience was very good. The only downfall was having to be on top of my sales representative, and repeating my specific aftermarket order every time I spoke over the phone. For example, decals, larger tires, and painted rims. Overall I am very pleased with my new jeep!!!!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with everyone I dealt with at provincial. Everyone was always pleasent and helpful with the whole process of me purchasing my first brand new jeep. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to get my first car from.

We got a brand new can last week. I wanted a specific Color. They got it for me along with some of the features I wanted. I was told some things were on the van but once papers were signed and I got in my new van it did not in fact have a power seat, which was a feature I was told would be on it. I do really like the van A LOT. And I did also very much like Anne the sales lady. However that was a little disappointing. The seats are cloth but they are a very nice material. The navagation ad back up camera have already proven to be helpful and I love love love the blue tooth. And I also LOVE the Color!!!!! Overall it was a good experience I thank you for my new van!

Randy & Courtney were very helpful, supportive and a pleasure to deal with. It was an emotional journey for my mom and myself, since my dad wasn't there to guide us. (but looking down from heaven) Randy made it very easy, and supplied a lot of kleenex. I cannot say how pleased I am with my new Journey and this dealership. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I will tell all my friends to go the Provincial.. the winners in car sales

Service advisor was very argumentive and even hung up on me. Asked for service manager but didn't do that ,continue to argue and then hung up on me.

I understand that your service issues have been escalated to the Service Manager. It is unfortunate that initially you were not handled to your satisfaction by our service advisor. Once the Service Manager was able to speak to the previous dealership and determine previous work done, the dealership is confident that your vehicle concerns can be resolved.

I bought a 2015 dodge ram 2500 in may and I have had to have repaired 3 times now. It s a safety item. Tne service department is the worst in the city. I wanted the service advisor to put on the order to change part so my steering doesn't come apart. They have re tightened now 2 times. The last time I was out of town so the dealership there told me to insist that it get changed.. The advisor treated me rude. Then when called and told me they weren't doing anything about it. I insisted they do something. She argued with me. Then asked for service manager but wouldn't get him . Then she hung up on me. Great dealership..
