Exciting and smooth sailing, had fun getting to know my new Jeep!

Jarrett was professional and patient, really wanted me to get what worked best for me and my family! James was thorough with the financing details, very personable and professional. The whole process of looking, financing and picking up the Jeep was straight forward. Plenty of paperwork which was explained well by sales and financing. My overall experience was very pleasing, I would definitely let people know about going to Provincial if they are looking for a new vehicle.

Shelley is very thorough in her presentation. Explained all the details of agreement. She even called Royal Bank and assisted us with cancelling our payments for the old van which she didn't have to do but this really helped. She programmed my phone into the van so I can have hands free driving. Yet another example of going above and beyond for her customer. She is great to work with. I believe this is the third or fourth vehicle we have bought with Shelley. We prefer to go to Shelley for all of our vehicle needs. Thank you Shelley!

Kevin is a very straightforward and knowledgeable salesman. He was understanding, respectful, and reassuring. Having been a first time buyer, I would of liked some guidance through the various steps of buying the car, and what to ask. Overall Kevin was great!
