Provincial Chrysler Ltd, Windsor, Ontario has and awesome team. We walked in just to check out their cars on display and not knowing that I would walk away with a Dodge Crossroad 2015. I was attended to by Mr. Ryan Eddy, one of Sales executive who was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed. He was able to work out an excellent deal for us and we eventually walked away with a brand new Dodge Crossroad 2015. Thanks to Provincial Chrysler Ltd, Windsor, Ontario for the great service provided.

When a customer buys a new vehicle, some oil changes should be free ,my vehicle should of been washed or buffed better, words can be seen on the fenders of the Jeep. I do enjoy to driving my Jeep.

We were at the dealership two weeks in a row looking to upgrade our van. We were waited on promptly and Jarrett followed up during the week. We were not able to return until next Saturday, at which time we decided to purchase a new town and country van. Purchasing new was largely due to Jarrett, pointing out all the great deals. We received a fair trade on our van and we love our new van! Our experience was great and we would not hesitate to return in the future when we again need to upgrade. Thanks again, The Oostenbrugs.

This is the fourth car my family has purchased from there. If there were any issues they were promptly repaired. Most things were just software updates or firmware whichever. You have to expect that with all the new technology in these cars. It's too bad just as some of the car forums I read and participate people only use them to run there mouth of about how many problems they have. Not me I love the way my 2015 Ram rides with the air suspension and the power combining Hemi, 392 lsd rear end, and that awesome 8 speed Trans. I had a 2009 Ram sport like this one but did not have any of the power this has. Was a 5 speed auto with 355 one wheel peel. Masked no sense you have to order lsd or posi. That is with all the North American car companies but with 4 wheel drive. Easy fix if you can't find it on the lot order it doesn't cost anymore unless it's a sale that you have to take one from the lot. Been driving FCA since I started work in 85. I have in the last 14 and half years we have had over 10 new dodges, Chrysler, Ram vehicles not cuz we didn't like them we just liked the one that came out after the one we just bought. Lol. This RAM got the rear bumper hit needs to be replaced now is that fcas fault some whiners would turn it into there fault some how.

Buy a new vehicle can be challenging but with the right product and the right team, small issues are resolved before they become big ones. There was a defect noticed with my van during delivery and Ryan with the help of a service team member ordered the part and booked my appointment to correct the issue. Thanks for your help.

I will always go back there and refer anyone to go to provincial chrysler. Jarrett heard what I wanted and found my perfect Jeep. quick and easy. He was great with my son when he came in and was running around like crazy. Which made me feel at ease
