Fantastic service and introduction

Rob and Nick were both fantastic. Very professional in every aspect. I though introduction to all your departments really made me feel as part of the gang. I got the impression that service with this dealer will be great, they really seem to care about their customers and aim to please them. Looking forward to a long relationship with Honda.

Robert Rouleau m'a amené faire deux essais de conduite de CRV. Un usagé que j'ai finalement acheté et un modèle 2015. Il m'a bien expliqué mes options pour me permettre de faire mon choix. Denis Aubut m'a expliqué clairement les différentes étapes pour finaliser l'achat. Et c'est surtout très agréable de pouvoir faire tout ça en français. Et même le présent questionnaire et le site web du concessionnaire qui sont dans les deux langues.

Everyone at Pallidino Honda was personable & professional! Rob was great in selling us our cr- v!! He knew the vehicle well, fulfilled our wishlist for the vehicle, being from out of town they were accomodating upon selling and pickup, etc.... Dealing with several of the dpts everyone was, in a word "great!!"

Everything about the Civic was explained and the service department set up a projected service date for oil changes and brake service which was great. Staff was easy to talk to and pleasant.

Replaced Clutch Pressure Switch to solve the Engine Light Source and the Flashing D Light. Had to return the following day to pick up my vehicle after the work had been done.

Sales - good knowledge/passion for Honda Finance - warranties always a battle Not pleased with rust proofing/clear coat/ interior treatmnent design of warranty plan. Always nice to deal with Scott. And Marissa was very pleasant!
