Service was great , got things checked out , A/C was repaired on warranty , warranty work was scheduled fine , all done Thanks , Need to fix stone chips before winter , I will by a paint stick . See you next services .

I shopped in many cities and by far Ellis was the best represtative. He was clear with understanding my wants and needs and found me the perfect car! The entire team from being greeted at the front desk, financing with Scott and the vehicle info at the end with the ladies in the office was wonderful!

I bought a 5 yr old Ford suv. Friday from another dealer. Drove it 110km home, 2 dash lights came on and my hip was very. Took it back asked for a 2016 car. Found one went to arrange new deal was told I would have to pay $1,000.00 for the change over with no reduction off ticket price. "Only bigger dealers can do that." I put the new offer his desk and asked him what my 3 day purchase was worth? He was surprised and asked me if I would take it as a trade in somewhere else? I said I would think about it. I went to Honda and Jayson was very caring and knowledgeable and assured me he would take good care of me. We were able to take my Ford as a trade up and the deal was done all in one day and ready for pickup the next afternoon. No more sore hip! . Everyone I met or crossed paths with were friendly and welcoming. You could see they were proud to work at Honda. The customer service was excellent. All staff treated me as if I was family. From the receptionist to the financial dept and sales people. Ashley at reception also is the first impression of Honda and the Last at the end of each day. She was so friendly and went over and above her responsibilities to help me when I needed information. So I brought her flowers when I picked up my car yesterday to show my appreciation and to girly the front desk up a bit more. I suggest all Honda dealers continue to keep fresh flowers at the reception desk weekly. It adds a nice touch of class! Thanks everyone: MARLENE KUTCHER.

My appointment was at 4:00 and the financial manager met me at the receptionists desk. He went over all the financing for the vehicle and then introduced me to Patrick who sold me the vehicle. After all the paperwork was signed Patrick took over and went over the vehicle with my wife and I. All and all a good experience.
