Great work team!

I went in for a maintenance service. All items relating to that service were clearly explained, and any questions I had were answered precisely and in a timely manner. My experience with the professionnals at Palladino Honda is always a great one. They work as a team, as a "well oiled machine". I would like to thank Marilyn Bodson, in particular. When it comes to customer service, her bar is high, she treats everyone like they are a premium customer. She is quite knowledgeable as well! Palladino Honda is Lucky to have her! Thank you all! Unless my new-to-me used vehicle blows up, I would buy from Matt again any time. Thank you for you help and patience with me! You accommodated all of my requests and made sure I had the vehicle I wanted, complete with a new tow package, freshly detailed and ready to pick up when I needed it.

We just purchased a 2015 CRV Touring and it was a great experience dealing with Rob.

We are both seniors and this is not the first new car that we have bought but it was a pleasure dealing with Rob. He was very patient and pleasant answering our many questions and he explained everything really well. There was no pressure to buy just explained what the CRV had to offer. When we picked up our new vehicle he went over all the new technology with us and even gave us a print out with all the new sensing technology and how it works that we could read at home and get to better understand the safety of theses added features. Rob has followed up our purchase with a phone call after a few days of driving the car to see is we had any questions and was more than willing to explain the things that we didn't fully understand how to use. We would highly recommend Rob to anyone. It was a delightful and informative experience. Reuben & Jeneen

Purchase of a trade-in

I was extremely happy with my experience at Palladino Honda. I was immediately greeted and asked if I had been helped the moment I walked in the door. I met Rob Rouleau and spoke with him about a trade in vehicle that I was interested in. He gave me all the information I wanted to know and even more. After a test drive, I let him know that I would like to get the vehicle inspected by my mechanic, to which he agreed without issue. I set a deposit and headed for my mechanic. Happy with the results, I made the decision to buy it right there. Even though I was unable to get time off of work and showed up in dirty work clothes, Rob accommodated me in every way and still treated me with respect. I am beyond happy with my vehicle. Thank you Rob, and everyone at Palladino Honda for a great experience.

Brought Accord in for airbag recall and it was repaired promptly. The pick-up and drop-off shuttle service was quick, on time, and allowed minimal disruption with work.
