Very good interaction with Service Advisor. Explained clearly what had to be explained. Helped me find a solution to fix a paint dent recommending some Paint stick. ...... Thank you!

Upon the purchase of a new vehicle, a fob was missing and had to be ordered. The staff were extremely apologetic about the situation as well as the amount of time it took to get the second fob. Staff went out of their way, to make it a good experience when I went in to program both fobs. This almost made the inconvenience a pleasurable experience.

The salesperson was as honest as he could be, was not too pushy for me to purchase my vehicle.. he was pleasant to speak with, and helped me as much as he could. I hope to keep received this good service throughout the upcoming year and years with the sales team and all other staff at Palladino. My experience was a very good one, and will recommend friends and family to Palladino. Jason, keep up the good work!! Hope you are there for me in the respectful honest pleasant way even after my purchase as you were when i was looking to trade in my vehicle and purchasing my 2015 Honda Civic.

Jayson and Dennis at Palladino Honda instilled confidence in my purchase with active listening and answering my questions, and helped me find the right Honda Odyssey that suited my growing family's specific needs for room, dependability and affordability. Jayson was great with both myself and my daughter in the purchase of our new Honda Fit. He explained everything perfectly to my daughter on a level that she could understand.
