Rob was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I am a recent graduate and was very pleased with how understanding Rob and the other associates were of that fact during this process. All the people involved were very friendly and knowledgeable about my desired vehicle as well as the relevant processes. Service was quick and accommodated my work schedule.

Jayson was wonderful to deal with. He was funny, personable and thorough in explaining and showing me the details and options on my new CRV. I espcially appreciated that he took the time to take me out and demonstrate what the vehicle is capable of! He certainly knows his stuff and is an asset to Palladino Honda!

Helen was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond the definition of customer service.

The air conditioning unit had to be replaced on our vehicle before our family trip this summer and was not successfully repaired/replaced by the shop after four separate visits over the span of three months. Helen went out of her way to ensure that the work was done under warranty and that we would have a rental for our trip because the repairs weren't done in time. Overall, I was not impressed with the professionalism of the maintenance shop as they had informed me on separate occasions that everything was running properly and that the vehicle did not require repairs. I was later advises that there were approximately 2000 dollars worth of repairs to be completed, last minute, before our family trip. Had it not been for Helen, I'm sure that this unfortunate experience would have ended poorly. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Honda, and be patient with repairs, only because I have developed a high level of trust and appreciation for Helen. She truly is an undervalued asset at Palladino Honda and will continue to work hard in any position that she is offered.

Dealing with Rob for the 2nd time is remarkable. He was respectful of our wishes with giving my mom the blue car she;s wanted for so long. Explained everything in detail of the car.
