I recently decided to purchase a new car. With the ongoing chip shortage there's been a significant inventory shortage at most dealerships but luckily Bank Street Kia received one in the model and trim I was interested in shortly after I reached out. Ziad and Sunny helped me out and were polite, courteous and extremely thorough. They both made sure I understood all my options and pricing, and answered all my questions thoroughly. They never made me feel like I was being pressured one way or another, and kept me informed. It was a much better interaction than many of the other dealerships I've talked to recently and I hugely appreciate it. You guys are awesome!

The service department was not very helpful or understanding. Their interest was clearly the company not the customer. I recommend going elsewhere.

Walked in show room while waiting for my vehicle to be looked at . Met Justin who was very polite & knowledgeable. Did not take long to make a deal. Met Sunny in finance department who was very pleasant & easy to talk to. Was told it could take from 3 to 6 months as vehicle had to be ordered. Was very surprised to receive a call from Sunny 2 weeks later stating vehicle had arrived.Very happy with experience I received at Bank Street Kia. Highly recommend . I had made an error in posting first time......It should of been a 5 star ....My mistake..........experience was very adequate.........

Be careful, they will rip you off. The dealer ( mr.sales manager and sales man Mike A.) Overcharged the amount of $2350 fees instead of max $899 dealer fees ? Corrupted, thief dealer and the question is where the government with this for many years ?? Housing market this year and now cars... The dealer advertised many cars online last Thursday, we went there this morning, but once you get there, they f... around.. I got seltos quote for $503 monthly payment and ended up having a new quote after 5 min once I said I would like to go with this car to find a new monthly payment of $573 instead. Shame on you and most of the dealers here.. this is the 4th dealer for kia ripping people off.. other brands is doing the same ..We heading to the end for sure.. expediting recession too

Sadly another Dilawri sales experience. Called for information 2023 Sportage was told i would get all information sent to my phone ... day 2 and still nothing. Was hoping to deal with this dealership, but I guess they are so busy that they pick and choose who they want to speak with. Got better service from another dealership. Could I have saved money??? don't know
