Don't buy the extended warranty they suggested when you purchase a used car which is a different model than KIA. (Peoples Choice Warranty) They say, whatever happens, my car would be towed. The battery was down. The warranty didn't cover it. The radio was not working. When I noticed, it was working, i had already made a down payment. They said they didn't promise for anything. However, they knew and hid it.

Great experience here! The people were great and the service was quick. Highly recommend. I dealt with Ziad and Sunny and they were nothing but great to deal with.

Always a bad experience here. I bought my Kia in 2019 and have already had to have my battery replaced. Now my car is making a weird noise and I’m being told either I can live with the noise or have my brakes replaced even though they can still last another 2-3 years. When picking up my car, the steering wheel was making a noise that it never made before. When we went back in to ask, my boyfriend was yelled at and called “dude” by the service manager David Scharf today, and was told, and I quote “if you want, you can leave your car here and I’ll leave it in the parking lot for 2 days and tell you the same thing I’m telling you now; that the noise was always there”, without even coming to take a look at it. Awful customer service. EDIT: I contacted the email address they provided me in their comment and received a response asking me to summarize what happened. I emailed them back right away and never heard back from them. I followed up twice and still nothing, months later. Just goes to show my first review was right. Horrible customer service.

Extremely poor service. No communication, only sales deal. Do not expect anyone cares there. I left with a feeling that I would never buy from them. Never felt so mistreated.

Friendly greeting from Moe. I was introduced to Hussein and he answered all my questions. He was more than happy to have me test drive the car. Sunny helped me financially and broke everything down in words that I would understand. No pressure for any of it. Calm atmosphere, stress-free and welcoming. They also remembered the type of car I had bought, after a few days of purchase. Highly recommend this dealership.

We paid the deposit for the new car. They said that the car will arrival in three months. And then they had completely no any car status or notice for us. It is over three months now, stills no car or any reply. We sent a lot of email to them, but no any reply except the sale email! It is really ridiculous.
