This dealer was very understanding, courteous, welcoming and the service is impeccable, which is rare these days. I highly recommend shopping for a car at Kia Bank St. Louis.

I bought my very first brand new 2023 kia seltos today. When I stepped into Kia I was greeted by Mike, who treated me very nicely. I told him what I was interested in and he went above and beyond for me. He took his time to show me what they offered currently, at prices and the features on 3 different models. He was awesome to work with. The financing was taking care of by Sunny, he’s a sweet guy. Very nice, professional and a great sense of humour. I’ve been to other dealerships and because I don’t look my age, I often get treated poorly. Here at bank street Kia though, they treated me with great respect, kindness, and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Thanks again boys! Recommend them 110%

Everyone I had interacted with at the location was very friendly and helpful answering every question I had! My mom and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mike, Ralph and Moe throughout the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle. Their customer service was exceptional! Mike was very helpful and took the time to show me step by step everything the car had to offered. Ralph was also very kind, giving us a great deal with extended warranty and made the purchasing process so smooth and easy. I highly recommend checking out Kia at Bank street if your looking to purchase a car!

Just purchased 3weeks ago a second hand/used vehicle from Kia Bank Street.The atmosphere was so welcoming.Ziad the Sales Representative feels me so comfortable and very helpful.Same with Moe he was as well so helpful.I was so picky when buying again a vehicle but this Salespersons are so friendly to deal with. I would recommend 100% to go and see Ziad And Moe at Kia Bank Street. Thank you guys for helping me find a very good vehicle.😊
